If you are not FODMAP or GF and still love food or the recipes here.. don't worry about these labels on the recipes. All of the FODMAP/GF will have normal ingredients listed as an option. Note the FODMAP/GF ingredients do often cost more and need to be found at a specialty store (Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's, etc.) or online but every recipe can be done in either regular or safe. I am neither.. but I can AND WILL eat anything including your kitchen sink so I promise you the recipes are made for both normal diets and special diets and taste great!
As an educational standpoint, if you want to look into these I will explain. If you have any sort of stomach trouble whether is undiagnosed, difficutly digesting, constipation, diarrhea, IBS, IBD, Celiac's, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, etc.. I recommend you look into removing FODMAP and/or gluten from your diet for a 4-8 weeks and seeing if it makes a difference and makes you life happier! You never know what will help you, so don't give up. A lot of times you can build up inflammation in your digestive tract and these will help. Try completely eliminating these from your diet for the time period and avoiding soda, alcohol, etc.. just drink water with it. Tea and coffee are alright but can also upset stomach lining a little, and moreso on an empty stomach.

Interestingly, FODMAP "contradicts" some anti-inflammatory diets (high garlic, ginger, onions) and the "white food bland diet" in that so if those diets did not work for you, then this may actually help. If you've noticed some foods on the "bad" list tend to upset your stomach a lot or you avoid it like the plague, consider maybe FODMAP is causing some of your issues.
GF is included in FODMAP.
GF is also its own category for people who
